3D Printing Instructions for STL Files
1. Inner Housing (Base Frame for Button Installation)
– Pause the print at layer 60 to insert nuts.
– Use M6 nylon lock nuts to prevent loosening over time.
– The housing includes built-in mounting clips for easy attachment to the Geberit flush system.
Additional hardware required:
* 4x M6 flat head screws
– Adjust the screw length based on your wall thickness.
– I used 30 mm length screws for my setup.
* 4x neodymium disc magnets
– Dimensions: Ø 15 mm, height 3 mm
– Strength: holds approx. 3.7 kg
– Type: N52, nickel-plated
2. Button (Flush Plate)
– You may disable bottom layers when slicing to improve silicone adhesion.
– My personal print settings for added strength:
* 5 bottom layers
* 5 top layers
* 4 wall loops
– Recommended filament: PETG for durability and flexibility.
